Safety Statement
It is with great care and concern that we manufacture our dolls to meet the safety standards set forth by the U.S. Government and toy industry. To reassure both consumers and retailers of our commitment to this very important issue, Me and Molly P./Molly P. Originals™ employs the service of a third party inspection agency recognized and approved by the TIA (Toy Industry of America) for testing, certification and approval of all our vinyl play dolls, apparel, and accessories.
Regarding lead content in our dolls, it is important to note that Me and Molly P./Molly P. OriginalsTM has been compliant with lead content safety standards established by the CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Act, August 2008) since August 2007: one full year in advance of the mandatory compliance date. Also, as of 2007, all our dolls are phthalates free.
To further insure our company is compliant, informed, and aware of existing and potential matters related to consumer toy safety, the Executive Staff of Me and Molly P./Molly P. OriginalsTM regularly attend safety seminsars hosted by the Toy Industry Association, Inc. (TIA) and receive regular update materials published by the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission).
