YOU’RE GONNA BE “GREEN” WITH ENVY!

Modesto, CA—More than one hundred Florida area Girls Scouts, Troop Leaders, and chaperones converged on the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, FL to attend the International Doll Expo., January 29 – February 1, 2010. Beaming with excitement, girls attended an hour long “Scouts only” workshop hosted by doll manufacturer Molly P. Originals®/Me and Molly P.™ to learn just what goes into to making a first rate play doll. This “hands on” tutorial was led by veteran doll shop owner Rose Rismanchi of The Doll Shop located in Englewood, CO. Rismanchi not only carries a large selection of Molly P. Originals®/Me and Molly P.™ dolls and apparel but regularly offers Build-a-Doll workshops, doll making classes, tea parties, restoration and on-site hospital (repair) services.

“We thought the event was the perfect opportunity to introduce our new 13-inch and 18-inch doll kits. Originals®/Me and Molly P.™ Every invitation to assist Ms. Rismanchi was met by a sea of hands anxiously waving around the room. By hour’s end, three 18-inch dolls were completed. But that’s not all, because the company wanted the girls to take home a “finished product,” each girl was given a brand new 13-inch Easter Lilly doll. New for 2010, this adorable doll features the same face that is included in their 13-inch doll kit.
